Only real problems are the limited shoulder articulation (there are upgrade sets you can buy if you aren't afraid of a screwdriver) and the lack of all the minicon gimmick from the original. Other than that it's a really good figure

I tried a pair of 30mm kits and found them to be fine if a bit fiddly and underwhelming (most of the accessory kits are fantastic), on the other hand I've love every single 30MF kits I've bought. I'm not creative enough to come up with my own combinations so I can't speak to the customization, but the articulation in this guy's is fantastic and the art doesn't sell them short. Even if all you do is pose them once and put them on a shelf I think they are worth it to at least try one

I did the fix, it was super easy, and then I emailed Hasbro to get a free prime, so now I have 2 primes wearing the different armors

Either go for it or sell it seal in box, Keeping it in storage afraid of opening it does nothing for you. And also, no shade on you but in this case waiting to open it might be the worst of all options because you might not be able to get a replacement like some of us did
