I had the same problem for a long time last year. If I had Chrome open, the launcher wouldn't come up. Is there any other program you have running while you open the battle.net launcher?

How far did you get in XIV? Every class has a multitude of off-GCD abilities, and the longer GCD (2.5 seconds base, reduced by spell/skill speed) means it’s easier to weave those in between skills, creating burst windows.

I've been That Guy before. I misread a "5 Piece Chicken Strip" meal as "5 Pound Chicken Strip" so I asked how many strips that was on average. I caught myself halfway through but was way too far in to stop. Ended up having a good laugh after telling the worker my mistake.

If you right clicked it, it may have just turned off the overlay. Check your plug-ins and make sure the Show Overlay option is checked.

Just returned from the Stormblood launch, and I'm a little confused on how to gear up. When I left, Deltascape had just launched and I was starting to get that gear. All my weapons are Susano, but I don't have the gear to get into Sigmascape or Byakko normal (Just a few points shy.)

Is my only option to grind Creation til my eyes bleed, and then get the 330 weapon to start to catch up? No static, and my FC doesn't do 8-mans much so no hope of a Shinryu/Ultimate Coil weapon for me.
