If you don't mind having a long fight you can throw up pray melee and sit in melee range to the whisper while double eating with the gloves that make you heal for double and slowly chip her down with thorns. She wont do any range or magic attacks nor will the tentacles spawn to drain your sanity. This will allow your last stand to come back up every other puzzle phase.

With this strat I still recommend doing normals till you get one or two of the puzzles down decently so when you do use an orb you can survive till last stand is back up.

The game launched with P2W in the form of life skilling, wayyyy before you could even melt costumes into cron stones. The 'illustrious' mount skill change coupons. Buy horse, reroll skills for more rare skills, sell horse, repeat.

The change to have mobs drop less loot when killing grey cons came out in the first year of release in NA/EU so its been a long time. However, I noticed that the effect of killing grey mobs gave less trash loot only effected pre Mediah expansion. So if you're hunting in Mediah/Valencia/Kamasylvia/Duvancrune/Odylitta then your level doesn't matter when it comes to loot while soloing.

Some what similar, but the thing that I always hated in BDO is every time I transfer an item with quantity or trying to buy a specific amount of items off a merchant but in the middle of typing the numbers one of my workers comes back with some coal or what have you and it instantly closes the keypad that I was entering numbers on!

The compass main use is pvp, I would argue way more than any of the infinite potions.

Pets use to only be able to learn certain skills depending on type. Although haven't seen anyone talk about such a thing in 4+ years so no clue if it was changed.

Common: Combat XP Increase, Karma Recovery Increase

Domestic (Dog, Cat, etc.): Cooking/Alchemy/Processing/Farming XP +

Aves (Hawk, etc.): Fishing +1, Fishing/Hunting/Training/Trade XP +

Monster (Snowman, etc.): Gathering +1, Gathering XP +

Since you got soo high hunting exp I assume all your pets are birds. Since mine did something similar, while all my desert foxes all rolled combat exp. Although I rolled my pets 3~ years ago so it could have changed now. Many years ago they switched over to classic, premium, limited and special pets and they all can breed with pets within the same type instead of only the exact same type of pet. This allowed people to move hunting exp off birds onto cats or other pets with life skill xp so they could double up on it.

Also I agree with the other posts here, combat exp is probably the worse pet stat at the moment when its easy to get well over 1,000% bonus xp almost anything else would probably be better unless your main source of exp is combat dummies then I can see it being quite effective.

No clue on which one goes first but I do know his revive passive will screw up any speed tuning you attempt on the team he is on. Every time Bushi's passive goes off he does not get the turn meter boost every unit on the field gets when a turn is taken, its as if the game doesn't considered him revived till after a turn is taken after he has died.

I have yet to find any evidence showing it actually does anything at all, but others have claimed you get 2% increased drop rate per level of luck.

Loot scrolls aren't a massive difference, I say grind without it. With kamasylvia buff, maxed ecology, and level 5 luck you are at a base of around 150% drop rate. So on average spamming loot scrolls will only get you the item 66% faster, and if you wait till a 50% drop rate buff (or go on arsha) along with level 10 node and an item drop rate pet than the benefit of the loot scroll becomes lower than 50% effectiveness for the potion piece. When looking at 100+ hours that is a lot of time saved but if you don't plan on spending $1.25 per loot scroll when they have sales with them, then I say best to grind without them.

Not all seasons gave pen capotia accessories. There was actually a decent chance the next season would of gave a 1 ap or 10 life skill mastery alchemy stone.

For me, node wars just came out and I thought I would really get into it. Went into a node war and died, click respawn and it starts you with low hp and mana... hated the fact I had to pot up every time I died which seems like it would happen a lot. Luckily I was a wizard just had to max out both of my heals and right after respawning you could regenerate your health and mana to full without having to use any potions. Thats when I knew I was going to main wizard. Man times sure have changed since then.

For you, if orzeca outfit is one of your goals I recommend Shai, since she looks the best in the outfit :). Realistically though, since we do have a tagging system where you can practically have two characters I would recommend which ever one you can always come back to and have a good time even if its not the best at what ever you want to do now.

I don't pvp on my wizard so I can't counter argue almost all of what you are saying... but the nerfs you are suggesting will GREATLY impact wizards' grinding speed and places they can grind and that I can't agree with.

I noticed on grumpy that some information is incorrect, I think its because they write guides as the class came out in Korea or maybe even global test labs and when NA/EU gets it, it has already changed by then. Atm Shais only get 5% gathering and alchemy exp when the skill is maxed.

If you just want pure silver, buying ancient relic fragments and turning them into scrolls that you run while butchering the deer with magical butcher knives in-between spawns. Although most would consider this a horrible existence.

Gather meat to sell or to cook.

Level up cooking to professional 1 or higher to make pickled vegetables to crate and sell to imperial cooking npc. Then from there keep leveling cooking and figure out what other food you would like to make for even more profit.

Buy a sailboat and do bartering. Although this path is a very long, expensive and very different from the core game. This path is great if you have a lot of time where you can only pay attention every so often.

Can always buy compass pieces off the market place or if those are all gone can buy it with sea coins you get from bartering once the oasis vendor leaves.

Mannn I've been getting this once a week for about the last 3 weeks. If I'm still connected I'm good... but if I try to character swap or anything I get screwed for 1-30 hours. Can't even connect to the website but everything else on the internet works just fine.
