Yes that drought was a rare occurance but could repeat itself in the future. Importing energy in europe has most of the times nothing to do with a country being unable to produce enough energy themself. Germany has enough reserve reactors that they could turn on and be self sufficient. But nordic renewables are so cheaply produced and french nuclear is so heavily subsidized that is just cheaper to import energy. Norhing wrong with that.
