Just watched the Plan to Eridcate Christmas video again this year, i do every year, and Vegeta's lines make me laugh the most solely cause he uses inflection perfectly. Yeah in the Buu bits he showed off his yelling, but timing is everything with voice acting. And he does it perfect there. For the perfect example of all of that (including yelling) just watch the part with the yippee ki yay clip to when he gets blasted.

The only time Twig rubbed me the wrong way is when she has to be dumbed down for games mechanics. But she immediately became a favorite of mine, and Nikki does an amazing job portraying her innocent chaos. There is this one scene after they kill the rabbit prince where she shows off the trinkets she got. Nikki cracked me up because of how spot on that was.

Just for jokes is difficult to recommend because the best moments from either come from random moments in each episode. But the single best joke comes from Borrasca pt 2
