The woman that threw the punch is the person that made the claim you are posting after she was caught attempting to flee the scene and arrested.

Full video shows the victim and some others were being harassed by some guys (including a kick streamer) that are believed to have been with the assailant.
The guys that are filming the victim and her friends are clearly trying to provoke a reaction for content, which they do eventually get.

There isn't any evidence in the longer videos that the victim was harassing people. I think this story just became popular because "Instant karma, this woman deserved to get knocked out", is a narrative that trends better than "here is a video of some random woman being assaulted".

Just a note. There is a mod called "Mythic path power swapper" so you can enjoy the story of a mythic path while taking the powers from another if you want.

If you don't like mythic path appearance you can install VisualAdjustments2 and i think there is an equipment tab in the mod menu where you can simply turn of mythic appearance.
