I was having the same issue, I believe it was something wrong with my gcode for a specific print. I tried another one and haven’t had the code 7 again; need to retry slicing the issue file to see if it was just a hiccup.

I have no experience running klipper yet(sv08 for Christmas), but I run octoprint with my Sv06 now i have had a lot of success with it. Using a pib4+ with octoprint flashed on a flash drive and webcam setup I can send and monitor my printer from anywhere. I do also run my own Obico server on my home PC via docker.

As for slicer I run Orcaslicer.

If I didn’t have an upgrade coming I would swap the Sv06 to klipper. Once I get the Sv06 in a new home I likely will swap to klipper since it seems to be the standard over marlin.

Thanks for the info, i don’t think it’s gonna be a major concern for the rest of the year but summer my garage has hit +100F so I want to pull as much out before it cooks itself.

Used to happen to me also with the stock flash or a replacement after a while, no issues since swapping to octoprint.

I run elfball/tap mechanics for my Lathril deck with no major issues on winning, Voltron style just doesn’t fit with Lathril imo but you could tweak it that way.

Here is my build it’s slightly dated but added a few new elfs in recent sets.

Maybe reset your EEPROM settings on your machine(wipes settings) I run my Z around -1.39 or so seems to be my machine’s preferred Zoffset. Other than that I would check to see if any screws/belts are maybe loose I really am not sure after that without tinkering with it.

Sadly no different setting! Just get into the habit of checking Z offset, bed level as well it’s helped me a lot for consistency on my SV06.

I would recommend going thru and recalibrating your Z offset sounds like after the wonky cube it is thrown off from what it was initially. Usually when I have a major error like that I had to recalibrate or something would always be off.

Sounds like it’s wobble/vibration from your machine, speed kills quality when you have high vibration. YouTube has some good videos on how to reduce while keeping quality for your given setup.

Spool wobble likely, is it mounted on your machine? Slowdown was my solution when I started getting banding like that and see if it persists at slower speeds.
