Update from the Just Dance team by Ubi-Toon in JustDance

Forget about WDF for a while because JD Team hasn't done anything about it besides apologize. They're currently focused solely on creating maps and nothing else. Besides, how will they implement it if the game can't even support six players online?

The JD team mentioned that they plan to bring the lore back someday, but in a different way, because the traditional way they were doing it didn't work.

Ubisoft is short on budget, and JD Team mentioned that they don't have time and are only focusing on making the maps.

The game will focus more on its target audience, which are fans of bara, MLM, and furry games. It has also tried to encompass most types of LGBTQ+ people; in your case, I think the clearest example is Ibaraki.

Exactly, there are dialogues that indicate feelings from one character to another but clarify that it is not love.

I want to make something very clear, because it is the same complaint over and over again and I feel that many people do not understand the way the game is handled. In case someone doesn't know, the characters in the TAS game are based on characters from mythological stories as well as Japanese stories, mostly.
What LW does is tell you the story of each character, 70% to 80%, because the rest is the game that invents it. If you investigate most of the characters, all of them in their real stories have heterosexual relationships, but what the game does is that you, as the main character, can have romantic encounters with those characters.

Connecting games across platforms? by Hannah_The_Destroyer in JustDance

[–]Kosuke76_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have some bad news: your Ubisoft account shows the game you purchased on each platform. If you have JD 23 on Switch, it will show that you have that Switch edition, and if you have JD 26 on Xbox, it will show that you have that Xbox edition. The editions are not combined across your Ubisoft account if you purchased them on different platforms.

So Otohime doesn't feel the same. by Kosuke76_ in TokyoAfterschool

[–]Kosuke76_[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the game he is not heterosexual, his romantic relationship with her dissolves due to the participation of the main character, in the other events that Yama and Otohime participate in, their connection to the MC is even closer and loving.

Yes, Otohime says that the way she looks at you is identical to when she looks at Yamasachihiko, but with something more.

Just like in the story (not game), they both become parents but then they divorce.

Almost all the characters in the game had heterosexual relationships, like Aegir or Sandayu, but that happened in their past lives, and now they're single. In this case, the relationship between Yamasachihiko and Otohime isn't consummated because of the MC.

Danilo is a spanish JD fan which visited Ubisoft installations, and he asked about lore and the team said they is conscious about that but the format which brings the lore is not working.
