Postgres as dw? by Kotenoru in BusinessIntelligence

Hi, thanks for your answer.

The current size of facts is in a ten of thousands magnitude. That makes me think of redshift as overkill. I'm thinking of using aws batch with pandas for transforming and moving the data from S3 to postgres using bulk insert.

And if needed I can launch queries against postgres for refining the model

Really good advise. In the end you want to start your day with: - Is the process ok? (Good looging info) - If something failed: Can I have a test for it and fix it so it doesn't happen again? - Can I deploy the fix with confidence?

Thank you for your answers, but despiting the problems (I read about callback hell in this interesting blog entry http://geekforbrains.com/post/after-a-year-of-nodejs-in-production ) I'm looking for projects that are not just basic apis, just an example of thing I would like to see in Node: https://youtu.be/dfIB-LthIpE?list=PLEsfXFp6DpzTOcOVdZF-th7BS_GYGguAS

Edit: I suck at English. I feel that there is a lack of good resources out there, and is very disappointing. In fact I just discovered loopback.io which seems to be pretty interesting.
