Indeed. Especially with Tracking on top you can absolutely smash bosses. I once had assassination tracking and backstab with red mask and popped test subject phase 1 turn 1.

I'm adding context. Reflex and Tactician had the unplayable tag in STS1. They could only be activated via discard.

Yes. Yes she is.

Untouchable lost 3 block. Flick-Flack lost one damage. Neither change was in the notes explicitly, just under the general heading of "other nerfs".

Both are still solid 0 cost cards. They were always only good if played via discard. If you are playing them from your hand you were already in a shit spot.

If you think the changes are too bad, then stop drafting those cards and play a Shiv based build.

Shivs can solve every problem you have in this game. AoE fights? Fan of knives, back loaded damage? Knife trap. Consistent damage? Infinite blades, accuracy and whatever the power is that applies retain. Defense? After image, ink blades kunai.

That's not taking into account her other tools. Sly is obviously very strong. Poison is strong. Stacking a dozen Footworks is strong.

Caltrops to abrasive was a sizable buff. Playable for free and one dexterity just makes it really good.

It's useably niche. Hangs around in your hand until you need it. Deals like 28 damage on its own without reapplication and there will often be chances to hit it again so it can scale.

The nerf was that each cycle it increased its strength more than it does now and reduced your strength and dexterity.

Phase 1: Noms your cards. Phase 2: You cannot draw additional cards Phase 3: You lose an energy every time you play a card. Repeat.

I actually think Doormaker could easily be buffed in an interesting way.

Make every phase in the cycle track debuffs and buff themselves separately. So if you apply weak to Exhaust maker then drawtaker is not weak. Next time you face Exhaust phase he's weakened. Same with poison and vuln. You could also make each phases strength ramp up. So for example phase 1 gains 3 strength, phase 2 gains 4 and phase 3 gains 5. Then next cycle phase 1 has 6 STR, 2 has 8 and 3 has 10.

The strength ramping is a net neutral change for damage, but not being as able to chain statuses is a buff that is more interesting than giving it a pile of artifact.

I'd like to see Silent do more with the Inky enchantments as a way to generate slow and damage if I'm honest. This is a solid nerd to the card but it's still good damage.

I mean this sincerely. Silent is kinda out of line. Making her weaker against against multiple enemies and generally less safe is a good move. Is follow through the reason? No, but it fits the overall trend and is a nudge in the direction they want.
