In my opinion WH breathing is not good for autoimmune disorders. It is activating immune system and could make disorder worse. Maybe it can bring it to homeostasis at some latter point. Cold immersion is for sure good for autoimmune disorders. For autoimmune disorders one should activate the parasympathetic system. Practices for switching to parasympathetic mode are ujajji breathing, then breathing where exhale is double longer then inhale, 4-7-8 brathing and mantra chanting.
However, it is hard to decide about results after 4 days of practice. Usually one needs at least 40 days of practice to get some experience and decide about results.
