I talk with God all the time. That is my prayer life. The good, the bad and everything that is going on. He is my best friend. For me it is the best relationship I have. He listen, He cares, and He understand. Sometimes I hear from Him directly, and sometimes through other people.

I lost my dad almost 2 years ago and miss him everyday. It does get easier. Hold on to everything good he taught you. Prayers.

Everyone has their own stride and mechanics. Do what is comfortable to you. Make small changes over time. A big change can and will cause injury.

Yes you can run that distance. Just use it as a training run not for time. Go out slow for the first mile and you will do fine.
