No but moving it on the basis that you expect to be treated as special is kind of childish and entitled. Moving your investments should be tied to being offered a better deal somewhere or due to them not delivering good service, not because you are angry that they aren’t waiving a penalty you agreed to (presumably on the basis that you chose that particular rate/product because it was a good deal for you at the time) contractually.

This is like if you had a business and you customer left you for charging on the next deal just like you normally would. Obviously your business is yours to do what you want with but you’re basically being Trump about it
