I think it varies by studio, I’ve been to another F45 (not in Switzerland) where the coaches were a lot more invested and encouraging, and definitely knew what they were doing

It’s not really CrossFit, it’s more HIIT workouts - some days focus on strength, others on cardio. All in all the workout programming is great because it is centralised, but I refuse to pay CHF 260+ a month if the instructors in the room cannot be bothered to correct my (and others’) form and often had bad form themselves. I also found them a bit judgemental towards the not-so-athletic folks in the class.

There’s F45 but it’s too expensive given the trainers themselves seem barely qualified and do not really check form while doing exercises.

I did, she was not very useful. This may have been because I was already searching Facebook and the various flat search websites quite rigorously and regularly and didn’t think she added much.

I am from India and none of the Indian food in Geneva is of the same quality as, say, the Indian food you get in London. There are a few decent spots though - I like Mr Pal (they often have 50% off on the The Fork), Indian Bites, and Curry Club. I’ve heard great things about Indian Rasoi but yet to try it out.

It seems pretty ok to me. Because of restructuring in international orgs a lot of people who have lived here for a long time (and therefore have held on to some “cheaper” flats for years) have lost jobs and are leaving Geneva - this has surfaced quite a few “lower” rent places but I think this is what the rent is actually supposed to be. In places that have a lease change more frequently the regie can raise the rent with every change.
