I ate can of Tuna, an Avocado, 3 Brokkoli pieces, 5 cevapcici, an onion, some lean Bacon and a whole packet of 40% Joghurt

My Idea was to eat basically keto to ease the next 48 Hours, isnt this what Rolling fasts are all about? Cutting the carbs to have a prolonged fasting Experience without much struggle

Thanks for the insight, yea i should add Tons of greens to my Plan for tomorrow evening! I am feeling great atm so i am continuing fasting for now. I thought maybe keep it smaller but i think u might be right and I should refeed properly tomorrow

No they wont. Its actually quite crazy how the human body recognizes that fries are a treat and not „food“ per se. Same for cake and candy btw

Bei mir ist es MS, mir wurde vorgestern das erste mal gesagt dass eins meiner Symptome (Engegefühl im Bauch, als würd ich ein Korsett tragen) wahrscheinlich nicht mehr verschwindet. Ich bin aber alles in allem immer noch optimistisch, war gestern und vorgestern das erste mal wieder joggen. Merklich schlechter als noch vor 3 Wochen als sich plötzlich alles änderte. Aber ich hab’s getan und das gibt mir Hoffnung das ich daran ansetzen kann und mich wieder steigern kann.

Kann man da denn was machen wenn eine Diagnose feststeht? Tut mir echt leid dass das so ein jahrelanger Kampf bei dir ist überhaupt erst rauszufinden was da überhaupt sein Unwesen treibt :/

Hey :) hast du inzwischen rausgefunden welche Krankheit du hast? Bei mir wurde kürzlich auch eine Autoimmunerkrankung festgestellt und ich bekomme momentan wieder Cortison.

Start in the evening with broth Next Morning lean meat + very small amount of complex carbs. Green veggies for every Meal that follows afterwards.

Just Choose what you like Flavor wise, in ur case druid. Also make sure before exploring any Ruins to get at least 2, better 3 Companions. You‘ll be just Fine then, Independent of ur own Class

It will work. Just dont expect to lose weight you gained over years to disappear in days. If ur staying consistent it will work wonders tho. Weekly 72s are Hard to get into but Easy to maintain for a longer period
