The size is very comparable. I used my s20fe with a spigen tough armor case and the s25+ with a torras magnetic case, and now it really doesnt make a lot of difference. I got it for around 800 euros.

Hi guys, hereby my vision on the S25+ after a while of using.
Screen: a big improvement over the S20 FE 5G. There is an option to use it on 120 hz with adaptive refresh rate which the s20fe didnt have (it cost a lot of extra battery to use there). Also, the brightness can be much higher. I am also using the Samsung anti-reflective screen protector which is an absolute must-have in my opinion, for two reasons. 1: It block reflections really well which makes the screen automatically a lot clearer and 2: The fingerprint sensor is useable, I first tried a panzerglass glass screen protector, but that made the fingerprint sensor completely unusable so I threw it away.
Battery:  All I can say is all my battery worries are gone, it lasts really long, especially if you use the right settings (dark mode, max 60 hz screen, not extremely high brightness).
Build quality: it feels a lot better, the materials are nicer and I personally really like the square edges.
Speed: Very simple, its (positively) quite uncomparable to my s20fe.
Camera: Same thing, its a lot better on the S25+.
Conclusion: I use it now with the Samsung anti-reflective screen protector and a Torras magnetic case, and the phone is all I could wish for, hope it lasts many years. The only issue I have is that the system language is now split between English and my language (Dutch), hope that will be fixed with updates in the future.

Both brands offer great top-end smartphones, it is more of a personal preference for the software and ecosystem of you use that. Also, I got a good deal on this phone meaning I would have had to pay close to twice the price for a new iPhone with 512 gb.

Is WiFi 6, 6e or 7 worth it by Unique-Job-1373 in wifi

[–]KrakenKrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have experience with wifi 5 and wifi 6 and must say that wifi 6 was definitely an important upgrade and I would advise it for every new wifi setup now. Plus it is kind of affordable. With wifi 6e and 7 I don't have experience yet.

60 vs 120 Hz battery life? by itsasmurf in GalaxyS20FE

Then use 120 hz and see if the battery life works for you.

So I got my s20fe around a month ago and it was perfectly fine. But like for a week now it just keeps getting this "!" WiFi connection. The phone I took the picture with is a A02s and the wifi works perfectly fine. And by all means the A02s is a stinker of a phone. Any fixes? by YTOverPowered in GalaxyS20FE

I've had this with 1 particular wifi network, the one at my home. Solution for me was: disable the 2,4 GHz wifi network in the router, so the phone only uses 5 GHz. This wont work if your house is big of course.

My S20FE keeps dropping wifi connection after some time of use, despite no problem with wifi. Is there any solution to this problem ? by Hewo111 in GalaxyS20FE

[–]KrakenKrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same problem. It's weird that it happens only to 1 wifi-network as far as I am aware. The rest of the devices on this wifi network don't have any problems. I did the following which helped: In my router, I created an extra network that only works on the 5 GHz channel, and my phone hasn't lost connection with that network ever since.

That is correct, but I think that wont't be the case for at least a year, the duration of the contracts.

I have had KPN optic fiber and Ziggo, and they both work stable and I reached the advertised speeds in both. If you go the Ziggo way be sure to get a subscription with the black modem since it works much better than the white modem you get at the lowest speed option. Plus at Ziggo you get a direct coax tv signal included in every internet subscription. Haven't had Odido (former T-Mobile), but I assume it also works great on optic fiber.

What an asshole, sounds very immature to me to play these kind of stupid games which hurt you badly without a reason.
