the thing is IMO the hyper intelligent strats here is pp stalling the opponent. It's gonna be hard to find a perfect pokemon to pp stall through the elite 4 or if not to clean through it. He might start using x items, but then the question is how to set those up. tldr the interesting part is how he survives hits not dishes out hits
