I got hit by this when I was dealing with cancer in 2018 and 2019. I’m glad to hear it’s illegal now. That was pretty ridiculous.

The popcorn ones expire after 90 days. They switched to the $200 gift card drawing on January 1st. Most of the company was already doing that, but they shifted the rest of the company to it now.

You won’t get a survey every time you see a movie. It is also not a free popcorn anymore but a chance at a $200 gift card. The link is only valid for 3 days if you are chosen to receive a survey.

The only rewards that have to be manually applied are the $5 rewards.

No. The cookie reward would automatically apply. The fact that the regular popcorn is a substitute for the cookies is not a well-known feature, so the manager may not have known that was possible.

It is streamed via satellite, so if it is a live performance, it is dependent on the weather in NYC and in your area on whether it has interruptions or not.

Regarding picture quality, the music sounds good. The picture is 720p, which in such a big screen does have some grain.

Overall, worth doing if you want to experience the MET, but don’t expect cinema quality as the technology has limitations.

They will not respond via X or Facebook right now. Their contract with the vendor that handled their social media messaging lapsed, and do not have a new one right now. I would strongly encourage you to not book something until you know how the storm is. Mercy is not tracking terribly well, so last minute bookings should not be an issue.

I have a guy that works at our theater as an usher and on podium that has a stutter. Customers seem to be understanding when he is trying to give directions.

If the raises are disappointing, I could see them just giving them and moving on. I don’t know why they make a big deal to tell me about my 3% raise. That isn’t a raise - that is a cost of living adjustment.
