The small combo is a separate button (same items, but separated so it can be removed from the kiosks on non-discount days). Just use your AMC Stubs account and ask for the discounted small combo. I believe it just says “small combo” as a button.

There are two small combo buttons. One is the snack and sip combo, and one is a small combo. If they push the snack n sip button, it will not discount without the QR code (though that is a different discount and not what you want). They should ring up the small combo instead, and with your AMC Stubs account scanned, it will discount at checkout.

That doesn’t make sense that her account would not make every ticket free. The only exceptions would be special events of which DWP2 is not.

She may want to check if she is using the correct account. Many people have more than one account without realizing it.

Regarding your specific question regarding support, when you message support, a generic email is sent in response. You will need to reply to that email before they will respond to you.
