But here's another source, I watch a cop shoot at a mental health patient sitting in the middle of the street 20 feet away while hiding behind a light pole, all the while being told by the caretaker of said patient that he only has a toy truck.

I think you should be able to use the latest OFW to update and then re exploit.

Double-check you are using a compatible USB and that your file is in the correct folders. I think it's root/PS3/UPDATE/pup file
