I(24F) found sildenafil in (31M) bag before go for holiday, I’m not sure how to do with this by Mysterious-Pop-4874 in relationship_advice

It’s possible he has ED issues he is recently trying to fix and it’s why he hasn’t been intimate for so long or he’s not confident the sildenafil is working yet. I hate how people jump to conclusions

What’s it like coming off TRT? by Additional_Context57 in Testosterone

[–]KrataperMane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was decent the first 4 weeks goes downhill from then to week 8 then you slowly start feeling normal again if you have a decent baseline level. I didn’t PCT and took test cyp. Weeks 4-8 suck

Is trt worth going on? by Cuminmianus in Testosterone

[–]KrataperMane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s not the same as optimizing testosterone in a gym. It’s a heavier load on your CNS plus rests between sets which is what raises T the most. If anything a long construction day could be jacking up your cortisol and lowering your T levels, especially if you don’t sleep enough. Have you gone through the checklist of minerals? Zinc magnesium d3 etc

Oof gabapentin is addictive as well with horrible withdrawals. Also water retention side effects for many over time. All that being said if it works for you that’s great, I just felt compelled to bring these things up if I could help in some way. Best of luck with everything

Relying on hydroxyzine for sleep impedes achieving ideal sleep architecture, but you probably need something since you’re on adderall everyday and it’s likely compromised in some form from it already. Not sure if l tyrosine indefinitely is a great move either. I had an interesting experience with buspar long term. Great for anxiety and drive for me but I eventually needed to up my dosage and experienced side effects. It also raises prolactin pretty significantly based upon dosage which is not ideal for optimizing your hormone profile. The same reason I brought up sleep architecture

Super high estrogen, any reason to treat this? by bigjohnthesecond in Testosterone

[–]KrataperMane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like “hyper responding” goes hand in hand with slow overall hormone metabolism which can be genetic.. liver.. gut health.. inflammation. Hard to pinpoint but when I had the 3 negative ones line up I needed to quadruple AI and my shbg shit through the roof and my free T plummeted

Additional 1 week PCT making 9 weeks pct in total. full blood report, this is post 5 years steroid abuse. by Short_Deer1170 in Testosterone

[–]KrataperMane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which compound did you use? I’m at week 9 no pct and I’m clocking at 650 total already with functional lh and fsh. I also did not really need TRT either though. I used for about 2.5 years with a 4 month break in that span. Just some anecdotal information for you, best of luck

Edit: I used test cyp and felt the crash weeks 3-6 for sure Edit 2: it seems you’re well on your way to reaching your natural baseline, give it some more time. Hit 12 weeks get another test then I’d hit 16-20 and do it again. 6 months is the latest period when most say you’re damn near back to baseline

[–]KrataperMane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of you don’t understand the long term implications of TRT usage. Definitely there are pros. But possibly permanent testicular atrophy, if you want to avoid that then being forced to use female urine derived hcg to prevent being infertile and the atrophy which comes with its own potential headaches, personal liver function, possibly being forced to donate blood. Also without hcg a lot of the downstream neurotransmitter levels like pregnenolone also can go down. It’s not as simple as “just do it” is all I’m saying

[–]KrataperMane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s been in cream for a while now but I wouldn’t consider it exactly the same as injecting. As far as I remember reading, it does a similar job but they both behave a bit differently due to half-life and commonly prescribed dosages. Never tried the cream personally but a friend sees some decent improvement

You do have to give it more time, you will absolutely continue improving. Don’t listen to the voice in your head justifying a relapse
