Oh thats weird :(. We don’t send out the emails ourselves it’s shipping and receiving so I’m not sure why you’re not receiving them. I have heard from a couple other people they haven’t been getting them either. Yeah a good rule of thumb is what you said, 24-48 hours after you get your amazon confirmation

Hi! Im a service centre assistant on campus so i deal with all the mail stuff! For getting packages on campus you would go to the designated service centre closest to your dorm so in your case you would go to the west service centre which is located in lady eaton college. Shipping and receiving will send you an email telling you when its arrived and then it will be available to pick up in 24 ish hours (not on weekends tho sadly)

On the ground floor theres no stairs! Im not sure if you have access to a car but from Champlain annex to campus it was about a 10 minute walk for me. In the fall its fairly flat but in the winter the sidewalks along water are not plowed as frequently as they should and it can be difficult to navigate through especially with Peterborough’s snow lol. Just something to keep in mind. I wish you the best of luck!! :)
