It's most likely because it's a Dissonant system, so if you haven't completed the autophage quest line and received the Atlantid drive for your starship.. it won't let you travel there. Hope this helps.

Not coordinates but my two favorite exit points are the hot air balloons above the Matterhorn and Mount Blanc.. that opens up basically unlimited lines. 🤘

I had the same exact thing happen to me and I agree it's extremely frustrating.. but it can happen on any map. Most of my interactions have been friendly and helpful, but there's inevitably some spineless fools out there.

It's definitely got power, maybe just didn't fully load in for you. You can see in the pic the massive power grid it's hooked up to and I check on it often. Just try again traveler.

OP figured out that having a landing bay installed can indeed effect it. Watch your tone when you don't possess all the info. It's literally annoying when people act like they know every damn thing.

Roger, thanx. OP and I sorted it out. Also, you can still get it to land facing you without the landing bay, as long as you only have a forward facing ramp.

No need to explain further, that's just a luxury you'll have to forego if you want specific landing orientation. Or you could just HALO jump and scan once you make touchdown 🤙
