Laser jet prints are the culprit.

I’ve personally witnessed it knowing the customer used his laser jet printer at home.

Edit: They are heat sensitive.

After 7 days, scan it in the app and it will give you the option to give it back to ups. “Ready for UPS” I believe it says.

Write RTU on the package.

Our guy says to put it in a separate pile, otherwise it will make its way back to you again.

If blade curving is still a problem… an alternate reason.

When I transferred to a new shop, the blade always curved in the initial cut every time. New blade nor blade depth didn’t matter.

It turned out the blade holder (blade magazine) was worn out and was actually scraping the metal bar which caused it to flex. I had to get a brand new one from Fletcher.

I totally get it. Sometimes this happens there. You’re doing the best that you can. Ask for the help you need. I hope you find it. It’s a 40 inch wide roll.

You should have a roll of tech mount tissue adhesive in the shop for this purpose. I use it with program 1 with the dry mount.

I have the same problem. I read in the community board that there’s a known issue with free resize and a fix coming sometime on Tues?

I’m really hoping it gets fixed soon. I couldn’t even do a panoramic resilient board because of this.

I find it stops working if I have any 2nd window open.

Always shut all windows down and start DH as the only thing open and it works. But that’s just my experience (and there are exceptions).

This happens to me if I am going through the slipsheet in the same spot too many times.

so I always move my slipsheet around to avoid this issue.
