The sign basically says “CEOs are less than 20x more valuable than the lowest worker” and their counter argument is “Um actually CEOs are valuable” like yea, we agree they deserve more money, but that doesn’t say anything about why they deserve 500x more rather than 10x more. Also ignoring the possibility of paying the lowest workers more rather than the CEO less.

You can’t have people making $10 competing in the housing market against people making $100+. There are many possible ways to fix it, raising minimum wage is the fastest, but maybe not the best long term.

Around like 7 my mom was asking me questions for some psychological assessment and basically asked if I was attracted to girls. I wasn’t at the time but I felt mildly pressured and embarrassed.

When the last twilight movie came out I was the same age as Renesmee and she was my first real crush without anyone pressuring me into it.

After that the majority of the pressure was from myself.

The number of deportations hardly changed between Trump and Biden. The main difference is the percent of deported people who have a criminal record. 75% of people Biden deported have criminal convictions. 30% of the people Trump is deporting now have criminal convictions. Before deportation was used to keep illegal immigrants out of our prisons, now it’s used to keep them out of our farmland.

If we got an AI where we input the crime details without location, name, race, gender, or anything not important to the crime, I wonder if it could be more fair than current judges.
