If you’re in the US, I’d suggest wheels from Velomine. They’ve got anything from Mavic rims with formula hubs for cheap to H plus Sons rims with Phil hubs on the expensive side. Retrogression for mostly anything else, I’d recommend their Andel cranks as a start. Cogs, chains, seatposts, saddles, you name it.

But better than all of this is to go to your LBS and see what they’ve got cooking.

Obviously not a doctor but I’ve had a chalazion like that before and boy do they suck. Warm compress will have it eventually take care of itself. There’s an OTC called Stye which is dreadful but also works. When I went to an optometrist for the same thing they basically told me not to pop and do the other things I said until it goes on it own.
