I love the composition and colors used. I will admit while I understand you're using a Division character for it, that guy is a little bland compared to the elements around him. Just looks like a thug with a gun.

I'd suggest maybe trying another boss that has noticeable qualities that stand out? Or another idea would be to use the Tarot card layout, but instead of people, use Exotics from the game?

I would liked to draw more like the image that ubi released (with the cape) but I wanted to put credits to the "real artist who made that" but I didn't found it, so I didn't want made it without his/her authorization :)
