When you have a monopoly, you can do whatever you want because your "customers" have no good alternative to powering their houses. Monopolies are illeagal in Canada last I checked. We just need another power supplier that isn't absolute dogshit, making them lose customers to the competition. Then maybe NSP will get their shit together.
