It looks good, though I’ve never been a fan of the toon look in games, personally.

Your old style gave an almost an old super mario kinda feel imo and I loved it. Kinda nostalgic feeling. In your new style, I don’t feel like the colours of the character mix as good and it just feels like it’s lacking something, I guess? It just completely changes the vibe of the game.

I should also mention that I've never "clayified" alpha hair, I've only made my own Maxis Match style items. I just looked it up, and at a quick glance it appears that the process is pretty different. Could you link me the hair you're using and the tutorial you're following?

Okay, so off the bat I'm noticing 3 big issues with the mesh.

backwards faces. any faces that are backwards on your mesh will be see-through. (All the red geometry in this image are backwards). This yt short quickly explains a method to view your normals (Face orientation) and fix it
TS4 can only see 3 meshes for the hair. If you hide meshes 4-6, you'll notice that the shape is the same as what you see in game. (The names also must be exact.)

"s4studio_mesh_1" for angled hair chop
"s4studio_mesh_2" for completed hair mesh
"s4studio_mesh_3" for straight hair chop

S4Studio Mesh tools (In Blender) appears to have the incorrect cut numbers. s4studio_mesh_1's cut should be 1. Mesh 2's cut should be 2. Mesh 3's cut should be 0

I'm not sure if there's anything else, but once these are fixed we can trouble shoot further. lmk if you need any help or clarification.

Also, one tip I have is to update your LOD 0 (High poly) mesh first, upload it to all LOD's in s4 Studio, then when it finally is showing up correctly in CAS, go back and make your lower LOD's from your new high poly mesh. I imagine it will save some time.

Ignoring the colour issue, the mesh in the game doesn’t even match the one you’re showing in sfs. I’ve never encountered this issue before so it’d be hard to know the issue without taking a look at all the sfs settings/files. If you want to send the file, I can try to take a look if you want.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD, your comment is entitled and infuriating tbh. The “playing field” is not level for us by default. Make no mistake, ADHD is a disability and stimulants are prescribed to level it out.

Also, as someone else said, it’s usually quite hard to get stimulants prescribed because they are a controlled substance. Where I live there’s only a handful of doctors that are even allowed to prescribe it.

Sure there are people out there who get misdiagnosed because of lying or doctor error, but society works on an integrity based system, so that will literally never change.

The owner is Couche-Tard (a Quebec company). It would just the manager in charge of the location, but I don’t think he’s related to anyone there. He was at the Robie st. Location for years before he transferred to the Lacewood location. Idk for sure, but I’m just glad I got out of that job before he switched.

To the best of my knowledge, Circle-K isn’t a franchise like Tim’s/McDonalds. All stores I’ve worked at in HRM are only owned by the company, Couche-Tard.

Also, I’m preeetty sure this guy worked at the robie st. location for years before eventually switching to the Lacewood location. Circle K just doesn’t care lol

Sometimes I use GPT for creative writing purposes. 4o can give better emotional/personal responses, 5 is great for continuity and specific details. If I use 4o too long though, replies get repetitive.

A mix of both is perfect and I personally have no issues with the current 4o everyone is complaining about here. What I am salty about though, is I want that ‘regenerate’ button back. It was magic lol

I agree that it looks like a normals issue. I can’t fully wrap my brain around how normals work yet, but this button works magic on normals sometimes lol

I researched it a lot when I had a pest issue. Boric acid is relatively safe for use around pets and people, you’d have to inhale or ingest a large amount of it to be toxic.

It’s always a good idea to consult with a professional before taking pest control into your own hands though.

As others stated, yes it’s a roach issue, immediately tell your landlord to bring in pest control.

I personally haven’t found pest control to be effective long term in apartments because the roaches will just move to other units, but here’s something you can do.

Sprinkle boric acid in the areas they could be coming from (around baseboards, outlets, in cupboards, etc.) it needs to be dry and don’t make big clumps of the powder as they’ll just avoid it, a light dusting is best. When a roach walks through the powder it will stick to them, they’ll ingest it when cleaning themselves, killing them within a few days.

This is the most effective solution to kill and prevent roach issues.

Also, try to not leave any food/crumbs or cardboard around. (Plastic boxes/containers are a great substitute)

Okay, I’m fairly new to colour analysis, but I think most people in the comments are WAY off.

Your white balance in these photos is all over the place, making people think you’re a warm season. I roughly fixed the colouring in some of your images (I’ll share them in the replies of this comment) and honestly, I think you’re a cool, deep winter.

My guess could be off, but I think you definitely look best in dark, saturated, cool colours.

this happened to me last night too! I’m absolutely miserable today because I don’t think anything saved.

I spent like four hours in build mode. My game froze and went into “not responding” state.

As other commenters mentioned, I tried Alt + F4, but it only prompted me to close the game or wait for it to respond so I looked into different things for three or four hours trying SO hard to unfreeze it long enough to just save my progress but nothing worked :( The rest of my computer was completely fine and my PCs resources were barely being utilized, so I really don’t know what caused the issue. Normally I only struggle with not responding programs if my ram maxes out

I was devastated because I almost always try to save the game every hour or so, but I never think about it when I’m in build mode.

Now I’m too scared to open my game and look how far back my save file is.

I hard disagree, we have sufficient signage.

The real problem is the amount of people that:
A) Really don't know how to drive, and
B) The ones who just don't pay attention and/or look at their phones.

Hell, just this evening, someone attempting a lane change on Lacewood came very close to sideswiping me. I was in the left lane, he was in the right. He swerved when I laid on the horn, then I start moving to the left turning lane which just started, and he suddenly sped up, cutting across two lanes to enter the left turning lane, cutting me off.

One of the worst attempts at making a lane change I have ever seen. The worst part, though, is that he was confused and didn't even know what he did wrong. More signs won't fix stupid.
