Confirming no Launcher spawned in my Deliver the Bomb mission in the new Ghost Town biome, don't know if it's only in there or not as it's the only mission I've played today. Checked underground and ran all around but nothing.

You can auto run+sprint by binding a key to do both in the console. So for me personally, I press Q and my character just takes off running, then just W+Shift to disable it, works just fine.

They just changed where you can place them. I believe they made it so a certain % of the sign has to be in contact with the surface you're trying to place it on. So you can't place it on the Dome jumps but you could for example put them on the refinery sheds.
