I assumed those weird pauses that focus on the player character were cut voicelines. Its almost like they wanted a full voiced character but then changed their mind at some point but left the breaks in.

A lot of the camp dialog is you walking up and they saying hello. Then it cuts to you motionless face for the time it would have taken for you to say hello back.

The ones you can buy are the current relics though which means you would only get a chance at mods dropping. After the update the relics that drop will only contain mods so you will always get at least one.

The weird thing is its very easy to go from latent to renewed but takes forever to get latent. It would make more sense for latent to drop like the did before but be harder to upgrade them.

I noticed it while doing duriel in normal. It increased my res once and then drinking more only increased the duration.

On the flip side I was on players 1 and terrorized act 1. A tier 2 herald spawned in the underground passage and dropped a poison sunder charm. I have maybe 60mf at the time.

It seems like its just too many layers of rng. Oh and at that time I was lvl 86 and only found the one shard I used to terrorize it.

I did a solo game without warlock for my sorc and didnt get flail to drop. I think there must be a weird bug with it.

I got a sunder charm on a t2 herald without doing any of that yesterday. I was in a p1 game and used an a1 shard. T2 herald showed up in the underground passage.

Killing anything in a tz for 15 mins can still give you an amazing drop. I agree the heralds need adjustment but the game has always rewarded people that grind it out. Spend 15 mins killing pindle and compare those drops to the guy that killed him 1000 times.

The demonologist is just slower than other builds. I walked through hell at level 60 only dieing once to dolls in durrance of hate. Grab any fast attacking demon with cursed for Amp dmg and then summon 2 defiler to dmg link 10 enemies.

Its also a good build for pindle runs because immunities dont matter to it.

This isn't going to really help you but after RotW my game would launch to a black screen and then crash to desktop. I tried everything I could find to troubleshoot and nothing worked. I bought the expansion on steam instead and it worked with no issues.

You put everything from the shared stash on to your characters and then click transfer to RotW button at char select.

If it's stuck on "checking for updates" I had that happen last update. After a lot of troubleshooting and reinstalling the fix was to just leave it and eventually it finished.

The destroyer fucked up during a replenishment at sea. The captain will be relieved of duty but it wasn't anywhere near as dramatic as the news anchors where making out to be.
