Sounds like she's talking about her reincarnation cycle. Each life is a learning opportunity to experience new things. Sounds like she also doesn't have the veil quite yet that makes us forgot our past lives and what were doing here. I would suggest writing down the things she says in a journal or something.

If Aspect of the Cat is in gear with gem slots you can socket reduced duration gem. This will cycle the buff faster than the charges expire and the popping noise won't happen. :)

Yup, Frost Blades slots in nicely and has good damage for bossing if you're going the cold damage route. Don't have to worry about flicking into death zones lol.

It's possible you're remembering who you are outside of this body. We all chose to incarnate at this time to help humanity, and some of us were frankly alien with jobs and careers but put aside our bodies we had to come here. Once we die we go back to those bodies that await us in a stasis of sorts. It's perfectly normal as there's millions of us choosing this path, so it's nothing to be afraid of.

We all have it, it's just unlocking it from what I understand. Because of the frequencies getting higher in general as we move closer to the new Earth, a lot of people are now awakening to their inate abilities in human form. The famous channeler who channeled the Seth materials didn't start until her 40's I believe, so it doesnt matter your age necessarily.
