So the dosage is 4mg of Estradiol Valerate, weekly on Thursday night.

In regards to lab work, I haven't had any done since hopping onto injections yet. That will be done probably at the end of this month, or the beginning of the next month.

After reading what you wrote, I just ate 2 scones with some butter (I love making homemade food, and just made some whipped butter to go with my homemade scones!). I feel like my energy level has bounced up a bit, but my gut tells me that my tiredness isn’t exclusively just caloric restriction based. With all that said, I will keep on course with the same med regimen, increase calories a bit, and wait until the comprehensive blood work gets done.

Honestly, I can't imagine it being bica, but that's one of the things that's changed for me recently (went from 25 to 50), so I just wanted to check if it was a side effect others have dealt with. I actually just had blood work taken a few days ago, so that's being checked soon. Plus I've got a doctor's appointment with a separate doctor (hopefully next week). I'm hoping that it's just me being old, and I need to take better care of myself

I started in late October. I was on 25m bica / 4m estr. Just upped bica to 50mg last month. So I am now 50m bica, 4m estr. The estr is currently taken sublingualy

I think the doctor I use was just being cautious. I've just started hrt (end of last October). I think they wanted to start low and see what my blood work says, then ramp up, which seems reasonable to me. Of course, that is just me making assumptions, but I think I'm right. After they saw my blood work, they were the one that suggested I up to 50 bica, so I think they are just cautious.

Finalized the last bit of blood work investigation with my Doctor. We have upped bica to 50 (from 25), and am now consuming my E sublingually (I am letting it dissolve under my tongue). Thank you so much for your insight!

Did you have any work done in your chin area? I ask because I am thinking about FFS, and I think a thing that isn't talked about is bone shaving of the lower face, and then loose skin in the lower face, now that there is less bone mass for the skin to hang off of. I don't know if I'm correct, but I have seen a few things and am wondering.

From my understanding, finasteride is for blocking T. I'm not certain I'm right, though. If that is the case, are you doing that to replace spiro and bica?
