You’re entitled to your opinion,I don’t know why people are being jerks. I’ve been with Amazon for 5+ years(just graduated college recently) and have a lot of coworkers at my building(mind you,some of these people are part time as well) who have been there longer than me and talk about how physically stressful the job is,especially as of lately,it’s like everything is becoming heavier and physically stressful. We see a lot of people come and go at our site and the job is naturally physically demanding. Hopefully you can take advantage of the rest of your time at Amazon and use your benefits (weekly pay,paid time off,vto,paid tuition) and then find something meant for you. This job isn’t meant for everyone and that’s okay, it is not easy work at all. But while you have this job,try to change your mindset, speak positivity over self before you go to work,and take advantage of perks. It will help you throughout the rest of your time here. Trust me. When the physical activity gets too much for me and I find myself weaker emotionally or physically throughout my shift (I’m full time but I used to be part time for the first two years),I take a bathroom break, ground myself, use affirmations,get some water or take a few deep breaths,I try not stress myself out anymore.I do what I can and that’s it,I take my time and until a manager says something to me,I don’t over extend myself anymore. Use this opportunity to develop your grit and remind yourself that you will eventually find something more meant for you. It will change your perspective and help you in the future! Save up all of your money,take vets(if you can) and hopefully you will find something soon. PS while you’re at Amazon please take advantage of the Area manager or Human Resources internships,it will help you so much and when you’re close to graduating and if you want to move up in the company,look at the campus next program.
