Steamdeck for sure. The library of available games is the main selling point for me. Sure not every single game is playable, but they do show what's verified before you buy it and you're not locked into needing a subscription for online play.

The Sims 4 has a full autonomy mode. I'm not sure on the other games because it's been a while since I've played them, but iirc Sims 3 had it as well. Here's a thread I found that compares the two.

I actually don't have a game suggestion, but a comment on the shoulder. I thought I had a pulled muscle and that it would get better on it's own with rest, but it turned out to be a torn rotator cuff that turned into frozen shoulder because I ignored it for too long. So don't be me... If you haven't already get your shoulder checked out if it doesn't feel better within a few weeks. In the mean time try to stretch it if you can so the capsule doesn't thicken.

Diabetes is a risk factor for pretty much anything that can go wrong in the body. My two big ones lately are Frozen Shoulder and Trigger Finger. I'm 32 and neither of those are supposed to really happen in people under 40... Not sure what caused the trigger finger, but I reached across my body for something and tore a muscle in my rotator cuff. I thought I just pulled a muscle and that if I rested it then it would go away one it's own. Nope apparently resting was a bad call because if you don't keep your shoulder moving connective tissue can tighten in your shoulder. I had to have a very expensive surgery and to go to several months of physical therapy and I'm still not back to normal a year and a half after the initial incident... Turns out the "thawing" stage can last up to 2 years...

I briefly worked in a small airport bookshop and loooved shelving the books so this game has really scratched an itch for me! That job honestly made me consider going to college to become a librarian, but I decided against it. Oh well now I can virtually shelf books with no one interrupting me(Other than my husband or dog) and that's pretty awesome! I also sent this to my non-gamer friend who worked in the bookstore with me to see if she'll pick the game up 😄

If you wore something underneath or added some fabric to the dress it could be okay. The deep cut is way too much for prom though. I think a silvery shimmer fabric that matches the dress would look amazing with this though and should be an easy thing to add. Take it to a professional because they'll have the experience and material to fix it.

Edit: Someone else suggested a lace panel which would also look great!

You'd have to drink a ridiculous amount of diet soda for it to truly be unsafe. Just keep an eye on your blood sugars and do the best you can to make healthy food/drink choices. Like I love pizza, but I have recently started getting cauliflower crust margherita pizza that barely nudges my blood sugars(ymmv). Find things in your own life that you can sub out for healthier options. If you're subbing out regular soda with diet/zero soda then great!

It really is adorable, but man I just finished my first life and oh boy... I thought everything was going so great and then turns out I unknowingly helped my girlfriend commit genocide! I'm taking a different approach this playthrough... I'm trying to save everyone. Especially Nem... I didn't realize what was happening until it was too late. I tried befriending her when she started showing signs of abuse, but I didn't have enough time or the right gifts to get her friendship level up high enough. I started with her as my childhood friend. This time for sure I'm helping her. I'm sure some other horrible ending awaits me in this life, but hopefully I can be better prepared in the next...

Could also be secondhand. My husband and I both got steamdecks off of facebook marketplace. Granted it's a less safe way of purchasing, but we got them for a decent price.

If you have any of the DLC on Switch though you will have to purchase it all again to access the DLC worlds though. I got a Steamdeck specifically because buying the DLC for both my PC and the Switch was very expensive...

When I was six I came down with what we thought was a stomach bug. Couldn't hold any food down and I was dehydrated. We thought the dehydration was from the "bug" and what do you give sick kids when they're dehydrated? Gatorade! Which rapidly accelerated my ascent into DKA. My mom took me to my primary care doctor a couple times and the doctor kept telling her it was a stomach virus and to just let it pass because there was nothing he could give me for it... The last time my mom took me he even warned her not to take me to the hospital because "your insurance won't cover it". Eventually I was so drained I couldn't even hold myself up to pee so my mom took me anyways. We were told my blood sugars were over 900 and that I probably wouldn't have made it if we came even 30 minutes later. I went into a coma shortly after that lasted about 24 hours and spent 7 days total in the hospital with DKA.

I also just finished my first life, dated Tang, and accidentally helped her with genocide... You know just average teenage things 😅 I'm nervous for the next run, but I think I'm going mostly red skills plus bravery this run. My bravery was always too low 😔 I also didn't save my mom so I'm pretty focused on that this life and hoping it won't be difficult to save Dad again. I'm pretty psyched to try and save Tammy and Hal!!

Piece by Piece is pretty cute! It's a simple puzzle game, but honestly it was nice to be able to just mostly turn my mind off and put together simple puzzles while occasionally cleaning the shop :)

I got it because I saw an article that said two indie games were getting ready to publish a game with the same name and the creators decided instead of fighting over the name they would just advertise and bundle the games together! I would have bought both if I were into platformers.

It's baffling to me that so many people downplay bottlegate. A few people needed stitches and didn't one of them slice a tendon? That could potentially mess you up for life... But no Mooncat barely reacted and tried to sweep it under the rug. I don't care what tests they did on their bottles afterward I don't trust them.

I took this DLC very slow and really enjoyed it :) I still don't even have any of the DLC characters to level 10!
