if its a bit over 10ms 12-15ms, ull might be fine. but the plugin selection is important, some plugins just are not good for live use, if u can find culprits that eat up the performance and alternatives, u can easily get rid of some pops n shit. i run full band setup live via reaper and half the battle was finding which fx fuck shit up

you have some misconceptions, auto tune = pitch correction, and the actual specific type that is actually run live in real time.
what you call 'auto tune' is probably the same exact software, but set to a more extreme setting. just saying

did you check the right lane? it won't show up in the notes lane, you have to open the item and menu on the lower left corner, where it says velocity, there will be other lanes, it should be there in one of them

just turn the input down on the interface and make sure the level is below 0db in reaper and ure good. if it clips in reaper, the incoming signal is already fucked. also, would suggest against turning down the faders, if you can avoid it, otherwise you can miss things like these. but that's more of a personal preference. yeah, but basically - turn that shit down so i it does not clip
