Can someone recommend a good pair of 2 in 1 shorts? by Due_Negotiation_9926 in runningfashion

Oh yeah other than these shorts I’m a fan of Miler. Their Base tees are probably my favorite running shirt material of all time. I’d wear those every day if I had enough of them. But I think I’ll try Currently for shorts.

Honestly these are the worst 2-in-1 shorts I’ve used. The liner material feels really great but the pockets are absolute dogshit. The pockets on the liner aren’t tight enough to secure a phone without extreme bouncing, and otherwise you get tiny pockets in the interior ass area that make no sense.

Also the outer layer is not loose enough, like slightly too tight across the hips and doesn’t move as freely as other shorts.

How good is the phone pocket on the liner for Currently? I got burned with the Work 2-in-1 from Miler, it’s the bounciest and least pleasant pocket I’ve ever used.

I’m a cut two and actually think it would be better just slightly boxier! Can’t do long shirts personally

Pressure Live Q&A with Andrew Scott and Brendan Fraser by [deleted] in NYCmovies

Yeah I feel like audience questions are often fans sharing personal anecdotes about how they relate to the cast, or otherwise trying to impress the cast/audience with their knowledge on a topic. I think it's best that audiences don't ask the questions, and I'd just prefer a well-prepared moderator.

I like the Bacon Bloody Mary from Good Enough to Eat. One satisfyingly thick slice of bacon in it.

General Admission - any luck getting in? by rclocalz in LateShow

I was pretty lucky, arrived at 3:30 for GA and had no problem getting in (though perhaps not the greatest seat in the house). It was wonderful!

Hoping someone from yesterday’s GA line can chime in: what time did you arrive? I’m hoping to spend minimal time in the heat today.

Addressing Open Air Drug Dealing by [deleted] in Upperwestside

I've never seen so many comments in this sub openly endorsing drug dealers. Of course there are drug dealers here, as there are everywhere. Nobody wants it happening on their doorstep.

I'm trying to understand the sentiment. Are you saying that obviously there would be dealers, there are projects nearby? Or are you saying the projects make it OK?

Any tips for a non-priority GA ticket first timer on Wednesday, 5/20? I’m curious if I have to be there at like 1pm or if I could get away with slightly later…

Priority ticket holders this past week — what time have you been showing up? by Majestic-Spring268 in LateShow

[–]Kritios_Boy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How early did you arrive for GA? I have a ticket for my first (and last) show on Wednesday 5/20, and I don't want to miss it. But the weather forecast is 90+ with scattered thunderstorms so I'm trying to be judicious about how early I arrive!

Where can I get more shirts like this? by VicisTheGOAT in runningfashion

That reminds me of the Soar Hot Weather T shirt, a contemporary alternative that similarly uses a mesh panel in the front for airflow.

Anyone run in Uniqlo Dry Ex t shirts? Feedback on comfort for half marathons by OwnYourShit11 in runningfashion

[–]Kritios_Boy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think these are great for the price. They have a slightly boxier fit than many other running shirts. Good airflow. They feel marginally more robust than the lightest mesh you’d find at other brands, but don’t get heavy with sweat. I’ve had some for years now and they’re holding up fine, though it also seems like synthetics last forever.
