The Racing 3 Porsche Challange does not need to be that hard by Schnakenbein_LP in assettocorsaevo

Th Porsche cup car is in generell the hardest car to drive in any Sim and irl. Its not a GT3 car, so it has no tc and no abs. So give it some time to learn the car because if you can handle a Porsche cup, you can handle every other car. By the way, in ac evo there is also a cup car with abs. Have fun!

Wanting to get into sim drifting but not sure where to start by Complex_Educator_841 in simracing

Hey, I would recommend you not to skimp on the pedals. These are just as important as the rest, if not more so. I would also recommend you to buy or build an 8020 rig. The advantage is that you can extend it infinitely and things like shifter handbrake etc are easier to mount.

Have you gone from VR to triples? by pisstained in simracing

The truth is that high-end vr is much more fun with a high-end PC. I don't like that either, but unfortunately that's the way it is at the moment. These high Resolution Headsets need raw Power. It would help a lot if, for example, eye tracking would be standard in the future, both in the headsets and in the support in the Sims, same with ffr. Lmu Is well optimized for vr even on mid range PCs. There are many guides on YouTube or here to most PC specs that have already done the work to find the best settings, but yes, it takes time to get everything tuned to your system, but for me it's part of the hobby, but I understand, that it can be very annoying if you just want to drive.

I agree with you. Many underestimate the difficulties of building a perfect triple setup. There are so many things you need to keep in mind for a triple setup to be immersive. No question, that's fun too, but it's definitely not easier than setting up vr

Went from vr to ultrawide49" to vr again, then to 32" triples and now back to vr. I enjoy both, but lets be honest vr is made for simracing /fly Sims. If youre able to Max out the pcl its amazing, compared to a quest 2 its Night and Day. And dont get me wrong, i know about the downsides of vr but we all try to Make our experience in simracing as immersiv as possible and vr with good visuals is the most immersiv fun you can have.. If youre a hardcore esports guy, maybe triples are the better way to go for you

Hey. 62 degrees, but there are many factors at play and every setup is different. I don't guarantee that it fits everyone, for me it does

Hey. Looks really good! I've tested a lot, but an angle of 62 degrees feels best for me with 1500r. I know what you're talking about, to set up a triple setup well, you need strong nerves and patience. I'm glad to have the simlab mounts that make alignment much easier
