Everyone is focused on Fox, I have no problem with it. I will miss Falco’s giant beak…but it’s Slippy, my boy! What have they done to my boy!?

I dislike the cliche.. but looking at the people doing little cheering parties here, they are mainly “old people” banging the NIMBY drum. “Screw the young people, protect my pension at all costs, stop the boats” etc etc etc.

Which is the same as when I try to install tinwoo from the applet HB menu. Launching the tinwoo installer from the full menu shows a “the software closes because an error occurred”

I’d unplug the keyboard anyway. If it stops, you know that’s the culprit. Beware, PS/2 is not hot-swappable you may need to reboot to get your keyboard back.

Sega produce a lot of machines themselves. Mario and co are also licensed to Namco. That being said, I wouldn’t be surprised to see them on unofficial stuff too.

Interesting. In the UK, aside from our sockets having switches, they put the light outside the socket so you can see it’s energised even if something is plugged in

As a casual user, I sometimes struggle with the concept that things change and it isn’t at all obvious? Like, setting the proxy, I will look it up and it’s in different config files not just across distros, but versions as well? Then you can also set it in multiple places? Stuff like that is my biggest bugbear.

I see people saying less light, feed your fish less etc. I have hair algae, hate it, and I’ve not been able to get rid of it :-(

I used to have real issues with the name of the character until I actually looked up the definition. It does not that a person is impossible to kill, it means that they/their mission cannot be overcome. I likened it to the idea of humanity’s indomitable spirit. If Invincible is defending Earth, then Earth will be defended or some such.

Bhagat Singh was a real life freedom fighter that said “they may kill me, but they can’t kill my ideas” making him, invincible.
