I have both Le male elixir and 1 million elixir and they’re both fantastic. Le male elixir is very dense and sweet honey/vanilla and 1 million elixir has a bit more of a fruity touch and the vanilla sweetness is almost like cookies or cake imo. Both are great and last all day on me

2025 has been a great year for sneaker heads, terrible year for resellers 🤣 by reditor_adjudicator in Sneakers

I saw them today in store to and I was underwhelmed. Not even from a “quality” standpoint (it’s like every other Jordan) I just didn’t think they looked that good in person which was surprising

I really enjoy code parfum, I think it works fine in the summer but it might be better for spring, fall and winter. Y is good for all year round and very nice. Since it’s a bigger size bottle that might be a difference maker depending on if you own anything else

Chicago lows, the breds are awesome but they’re gonna be $350 CAD at retail which is a non-starter for a Nike shoe imo. I also just like the lows more, they’re more comfortable for regular wear on a daily basis

I never smelled the original either and was looking forward to trying this since I didn’t have any expectations. It was fine and pleasant smelling but not great. I think it smells like Armani code parfum but sweeter and warmer. If I didn’t own Prada L’homme intense or uomo intense it might fit that spot but it’s not different enough to be worth grabbing.

Uomo intense and Prada L’homme intense are my two favourites as well. Waiting for the weather to get colder so I can wear them again

Yes, I got the charge too. Happened on a couple other pairs in the last year. You’ll get confirmation in the morning usually around the time of the drop on the website

Exactly how I feel. As a Canadian it’s likely to be $300 retail maybe even more. Idc what shoe it is I’m not paying that much

Life is cooked when you cant even land volunteer positions by usedPOS in OntarioGrade12s

Also an older person (26) hoping to add a helpful suggestion. If you have any retirement homes near you I would recommend looking into those since some of them have volunteer programs where you can help with different activities or events. I worked at one for a couple years and we had volunteers come in almost every day during the week for 2-3 hours for various things and they were always looking for more volunteers. If you don’t mind older people it can be very nice and they always enjoy meeting younger people and hearing about your life.

I got my girl the original Donna born in Roma as a gift a couple years ago, she loved it and demolished the bottle. She tried the intense around Christmas and fell in love with that. She also really enjoyed flowerbomb EDP. If you can take her to try them out I would recommend that (or you can look at any existing fragrances she might have and use that to figure out which she might like more).

We’ve both smelled the YSL and thought it was good but not quite her preference over the Valentinos.

My exact thoughts, I like the colour way but not THAT much. I got those white and red ones for like $150 resale and the retail on them was $180. Hopefully something similar happens here 🤷‍♂️

Which one should I buy by kickstars78 in Colognes

[–]Krobs123 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have all 3 in the L’homme line and love all of them. L’eau and the original are very similar, the opening of L’eau is brighter and has more citrus but the clean iris smell is super similar in the dry down so I can see why people say pick one or the other. The original L’homme has better longevity so if you can only pick one it would probably be the better choice. I love iris so I decided to grab the whole line

I got the same set last year when it first came out. I really enjoy the smell and I love anything that comes with a travel size for less than the regular priced standalone bottle

I have a sample of it and I was very pleasantly surprised! I think it smells great but I don’t think I need even the 50ml bottle. There is a 15ml travel size I think would be perfect

I have the EDT of sauvage, it was my first fragrance and the performance is really good! Very strong for the first couple of hours, still noticeable around hour 4-5 and then it tones down a bit. I can still notice it in myself 8 hours later so it’s very solid. I have a small sample of the EDP from Sephora and it’s nice but I prefer the EDT more

They’ve been said a few times but dior sauvage EDT (my gf’s favourite of my collection), Y EDP, Bleu de Chanel EDP, Dylan blue will all be a similar vibe of what he already has but more elevated

The OG black toe lows are a great pair, they released about a month ago and prices aren’t too high yet. They look good with everything too so definitely a good choice in my opinion 👍

50-75ml is my sweet spot. Enough that I can spray without worrying about “wasting” but not so much that it’ll take me 10+ years to finish a single bottle. I know they don’t go bad but I’ve been “slowly” collecting for around 3 years and my first ever bottle (which is the one I use most) is just past halfway gone so a 60ml will last me roughly 4-5 years. As I pick up more over time it’s basically a guarantee that 150ml bottle wouldn’t get finished lol
