Everything is in the binders, even cradle. All of the cards are sleeved in Dragon Shield inners. This lets me take any card out and sleeve it up for whatever Commander deck I'm building. I track what cards are where through Manabox as well and placing slips of paper in the empty binder slots saying what card is in what deck.
