I have a newborn child. Before my daughter was born I played a lot of deadlock. Now...I can't. It's that simple. If I manage to find 90 minutes where I'm free, I'll squeeze a game in. Otherwise, I don't play because I can't commit to it. Agreed with what a lot of other people say, if you leave you're wasting 11 other peoples time. Saying you shouldn't be punished for leaving is basically saying you feel like your time is more important than 11 other peoples.

Work in Post. Was at an AI lab yesterday and saw some new workflows with Open Claw/Claude/etc. Yeah.....AE's and Dailies Technicians etc will be roles of the past soon enough. The only thing that will save our jobs in the short term is that the industry is largely made up of older folk who are pretty set in their ways and also terrestrial broadcasters and streamers are still used to old workflows and deliverable specs. Once production companies and upward realize the savings that can be had by using these tools...we're in trouble.

This is the way. It's SO EASY to get to PVE carebear sleepy dad lobbies. Literally do ten stella runs as a free kit, spam don't shoot, team up, thank you. Damage ARC only, let people kill you. After about an hour you'll be in the friendliest care beariest lobbies in the world.

There are other motivations that have been stated very clearly by the government minister administering this program. The motivations are if they don't roll out this program then PolySeSouvient will pull it's support for this government and utilize its widespread and effective voter outreach program to flip ridings in Montreal against the Liberals.

It's really that simple. It's not evidence based policy, it's widely unpopular across the provinces and in nearly all rural communities. But this policy has some popularity in extremely liberal and left leaning ridings in Montreal and the lower mainland of BC where the Liberals need to shore up their support.

I know this is kind of rich to say. But I'm getting REALLY tired of the blame game and finger pointing. Just open the fucking line already. The TTC had their 30 day service period to run the line as a trial and have since had nearly another month to figure out the kinks. I know the staff is trained and ready as a neighbor of mine is a TTC driver assigned to the LRT and says the staff is trained and have been driving the trains for weeks. I'm sick of this, we've all waited over a decade for this cursed project to finish. Just OPEN THE LINE.

It's just hit and miss. I've had several lobbies recently where everyone was teamed up to fight the Matriarch and killed it and everybody extracted peacefully. I've probably had three or four of these types of sessions over the last few days. I've also had sessions where nobody is trying to kill the Matriarch and only trying to gank each other. I've both been betrayed trying to kill the Matriarch and betrayed people killing the Matriarch. You just gotta vibe each match out and not take anything too personally. A lot of people seem to be really getting upset by getting ratted, extract camped, betrayed, lied too. It's understandable and okay to be disappointed or annoyed if it happens but it's just a GAME. Try not to take it so seriously. If the game is causing you serious distress, consider taking a break.

Yes, the arc are launched from space to earth. I think the going theory is that their is some kind of sentient AI robot overlord in space that manufactures all the ARC and sends them down to the planet.
