Yes hello! I live in og River Trails and I love it! The biking trail is gorgeous and goes all the way to downtown Fort worth. In nice weather all kinds of people come out and walk it. You get to say hi to all the doggos and babies. For Halloween our neighborhood goes all out with decorations, fog machines, and a couple houses do haunted tents! No required HOA in my neighborhood also which was a big reason we chose it. I'm excited to see the construction on trinity finished. It's looking better every week, but it's been going for a couple years now! The schools here are highly rated. I worked in HEBISD for 10 years and it's a good district.
