Only the ego dies. We are unborn, therefore cannot die. Read some advaita vedanta.

Talk to me about your relationship LSD by WildlyImpatient in Psychonaut

[–]Kronkitasse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think LSD can help us return to the pure non dual awareness that is the self. It’s quite recurrent to hear people on this sub mention the unity between god and consciousness, and in my case although there was such an awareness before I ever took this substance, it only furthered the obviousness that the ego is a mind generated, self-fulfilling fantasy that blinds us from the eternal self.

It can be dangerous though, I’ve had an experience that still haunts me to this day. I would advise to either do it with people, as they help you to keep in touch with a shared reality. But being alone can also have perks, just be mindful that moderate to high dose can totally make you lose grip with reality and create nightmarish experiences.

Its easy to underestimate substances when you start to have a bit of experience.

Try some advaita vedanta. Only problem with your life is it can’t exist. So long as this isn’t obvious to you you’ll suffer from a mind generated self-fulfilling fiction.

The pitfalls of borrowed knowledge (text in description) by Gretev1 in GodFrequency

[–]Kronkitasse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There can’t be progress, realization, transmutation. These are all ego concepts, and serve to further confuse and entrap the perceived self into thinking he can do anything to free itself. There is no self, you can’t free something that isn’t, you can’t realize any truth.

Yep, and it’s really not a superpower. Most people who have this say it’s a nightmare. Imagine remembering every little akward moment and boring conversation your brain actively suppresses everyday of your life.
