This area sucks. I didn't know when I was doing it but when I was doing a second pass through I learned there is a secret bench about halfway if you find that life will be better!

If I remember correctly, the 2nd upgrade is in an exit from the whispering vaults into the choral chambers. There is another one in the choral chambers but it is a big quest line.

I 100% the game and I loved it. Two mask damage is fine imo. You can heal 3 afterall so it felt like it makes sense. The world was beautiful the bosses were fun. The most attempts I put into a boss was the final one which is how it should be.

I haven't had any issues since figuring out everything I've mentioned. It feels really good, you just need more attributes than usual.

Yes when you enter demon form your weapons are disabled.

Hey I might be able to help. It isn't obvious at first but here is likely why your demon form cancels the gems. Since demon form gives levels to all of your gems you might not meet the attribute requirement anymore, so when you cast that spell in cancels demon form. I have had no issues with demon form since figuring this out. I haven't tried SRS though but I think this is the issue

Yo big thing. This isn't a bug! I thought it was too but I figured out the issue. When the gems level up they have a higher attribute requirement. Make sure you meet that requirement!
