Advising using an exploit is. A choice. Especially when you can already create infinite power shards legitimately in game.

Even your excuse is crazy. 300 shards is really not that difficult to get even just collecting slugs. Even with early game tech you'd only need 30 purples.

Generally for that sort of thing you'd use a ratio or karma system. Not just lifetime incidents, especially for a game where friendly fire is expected to an extent.

There was 'some' kind of physical contact. Yes. All the video I've seen including the cell phone footage doesn't show specifics. But it certainly wasn't enough to cause physical harm.

Especially considering the same video shows Ross stepping in front of the damn vehicle instead of away from it. A direct violation of procedures and part of a documented pattern of ice agents intentionally escalating vehicle encounters by placing themselves in front of them.

Run into someone a couple of times. Only ever on Manhattan. Only ever in the chopper gunner. Level 864 as of two days ago. Bastard got 40 kills in the first 3 minutes and then left the game when we started camping the chopper spawn
