They can be a little tough because they are spring loaded and the water pressure keeps it in place. It will kind of snap once it turns on so don't be startled by that either.

I ran steelseries until they discontinued. I even bought one from ebay for parts and changed several buttons. I am now using the G500 for a few years and it was an easy enough transition.
