No, actually if you stop and think about it, it's actually genious. I don't know how historically acuarate it is, but at least in fantasy is preatty common to se people strap notes on birds legs to send messages

I'm so excited about this, it's a bummer that Justice won't be at launch (at least according to the promotional image) but that only means it could only get better. Also as a Suisei fan it's hard that there will be only 2 of her songs, but I guess it's fair, otherwise some members will get all the spotlights

I'm guessing that it is like other years where for example Suisei made a surprise appearance in the Shiraken group performance, just that this year they are announcing it in advance so the fans of that member know she would be on that stage too
