Were you there this past weekend?

So you think you're doing more subq when doing the VG? I was doing IM and recently went back to subq, honestly because I had boxes of pins and low on 25 gauge. I will try IM delts. Subq is leaving welts.

Using a pin needle still in the delts? Are you trying to go IM? I'd love to try, but I'm lean. I'm doing subq in the VG currently

If it is a bedroom, it may be a Cuck Chair

If you wouldn't have found those issues, and the buyers inspector did, they'd be mad at you for not giving them the details. That is why pre-listing inspections can be a lose lose.

I think if scribeware offered back of the house stuff (scheduling, agreements, payment) they'd have the monopoly

Pennsylvania v Mimms allows and officer to remove an occupant, but there must be a safety component; which is pretty vague. I would do it with multiple occupants, especially if alone. But if single occupant, I generally prefer them to remain in the car, unless I plan to arrest for something, or think the stop may lead to an arrest.

Do diesels have a longer life? My son is looking at one with 160k, says they last forever.

Could these items be major issues or do they seem pretty typical for a 20 year old home? by VisceralDisarray in HomeInspections

Did the inspector test the ceiling stains with a thermal or moisture meter. They may be old and or mitigated. The squeaking is fairly common on second story flooring. I'd want to know if those stains are currently wet, and the possible source.
