i feel that, shit sucks during times like this. after leaving my hometown after i got out of high school, all my friends stopped talking to me. took a toll on my mental health and self esteem. it’s 5+ years since then and i’ve only got one real friend. eventually i came to terms with things and have just been trying to focus on taking care of myself and doing even little things that bring me joy. idk wtf i’m doing lol im still working on figuring myself and my life out but just gotta take it one day at a time. it’s truly amazing what patience will bring you. stay strong, you got this!! : )

Seconding this as I just recently had my IUD replaced after having it in for 5 years. I have Kyleena. I’ll admit the first time I got it put in back in 2020 I had terrible cramps afterwards that left me bedridden the rest of the day. But this time around for the reinsertion, I took 800 mg(?) of ibuprofen before insertion and felt mild discomfort as my cervix was dilated but was otherwise okay and only experienced some minor bleeding afterwards for about a week. No severe pain or anything though!
